Our Real Estate & Workplace Services team is responsible for curating
and sustaining our unique Service
Now work environments around the world, helping to bring our Purpose
to life in the physical sense. We are responsible for the full life
cycle of our physical workplaces, from ?ideation to expiration?,
and we are a key influencer of the employee experience by way of our
workspaces, services and amenities. Role Description As Director of
Real Estate & Workplace Services, you will lead our Real Estate
transaction management strategy for our global portfolio, currently

leading our operations in EMEA, currently serving 2,**Apply on the

_YOU WILL_ have a particular focus on our EMEA location in Dublin,
where you will also you serve as the Workplace Services site leader to
help drive continuity in the employee experience across all sites in
EMEA.
_YOU WILL_ also head up our Sustainability team with Workplace
Services that supports our company ESG initiatives. Leading Real
Estate, Workplace Services ? EMEA and Sustainability will afford you
the opportunity to be an influential leader across the Real Estate &
Workplace Services global organization.
_YOU WILL_ be both execution focused, helping to ensure our day-to-day
business runs the way it should, and strategy focused, helping to
ensure we are contributing to the long-term health of Service
Now; you will move between these elevations frequently.
_RESPONSIBILITIES_ Real Estate Manage leasing, acquisition,
disposition, and site selection activities for the company Act as
liaison between senior management and firms contracted to help
maintain/manage the company?s real estate properties Maintaining
strong relationships with third-party leasing and sales brokers Keep a
database and regularly appraise all real estate leased by the company
Work with legal counsel to draft and scrutinize legal documents
Coordinate with landlord facilities and property management
professionals Develop knowledge and tools to best facilitate the
company?s need for optimal site selection Collaborate with internal
teams to manage due diligence, entitlements, and scheduling in the
purchase or development of new locations, Provide oversite to brokers
in performing market analysis including traffic counts, site
accessibility, demographics, employee locations, and competitor
locations Tour potential sites Make internal presentations to senior
management for approval of leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and
site selection decisions Workplace Services Operate like Workplace
Services is your business and your product;
think like a product manager and a general manager Be an employee
experience advocate and a builder of employee-centric communities, all
in the spirit of driving employee success and engagement across the
Americas Be a key partner to the business and other internal
organizations such as Global Talent, IT, Communications and Branding
to help drive collaboration, strategy, problem solving and
communications Directly own the delivery of ?workplace services?
in the Americas, generally defined as including Event Management,
Employee Services & Amenities, Facilities Management, Property
Management and Office Services Be a key partner to, and customer of,
our Portfolio, Planning & Design, Safety & Security and Project
Management program offices within the Americas Effectively manage an
existing team made up of both employees and embedded service partners,
and ensure this team is, and remains, optimally sized and skilled to
meet the company?s growth over the next several years Own both your
OpEx and CapEx budgets and deliver results within articulated targets
Qualifications
Sustainability Develop long term Net Zero sustainability strategy,
aligned to Science Based Target Initiative (SBTI)_ Collaborate across
the company to drive best-in-class management of product
(Watershed/SEW) and environmental impacts, regulatory compliance and
the overall reduction of environmental impacts. Support corporate
governance of supplier and environmental sustainability by presenting
to the Service
Now Inc.?s P4, Board of Directors Governance & Sustainability
Committee on a regular basis. Facilitate cross-functional
collaboration with leaders and teams responsible for the other parts
of Social and the Governance components of the company?s ESG work.,
including building an ESG reporting function inside the sustainability
org. Proactively identify and analyze business trends and industry
benchmark analysis. Develop and implement strategic solutions for
sustainable improvements that positively impact the Company and the
industry.
Build relationships and partner with key internal business partners to
ensure cross-functional ownership of environmental initiatives that
deliver against the sustainability strategy. Identify and build
relationships with appropriate external customers, partners and
environmental organizations that can contribute to development and
execution of strategies and initiatives. Oversee budget development
and lead long-range planning for Global Sustainability department.
Oversee development and maintenance of tools, training, IT systems and
main global communications channels to support and amplify
sustainability work and success.

Existing experience in real estate field demonstrating deep
understanding of real estate principals and valuation techniques Be

a high-growth, dynamic environment Exhibit strong analytical,
conceptual thinking, strategic planning and execution skills.

ability to deliver concise and simple written and verbal
